Wholegrain spelt flour is rich in calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium. It also contains eight essential amino acids, notably lysine, which we can only obtain through nutrition (our body cannot synthesise it on its own). This versatile flour works to strengthen the body’s immune system and to improve the functioning of our small intestine.

FREEZE TO PRESERVE

Our organic sourdough bread, MIM COMPLEX, contains a high quantity of enzymes that aren’t found in normal breads. To avoid the acceleration of microbial growth, it’s important that you freeze each delivery as soon as you receive it (trust us, it will be fresh!). This will preserve all its properties, in perfect condition.
